Just steps from the ocean, our contemporary condo is all about modern coastal living. The homeowners’ curated collection of colorful fine art took center stage, which inspired the neutral color palette and upholstery to play a supporting role in the overall sleek design. 

In the kitchen, we kept it clean and minimal with new soft close oak cabinetry throughout. The powder room became the ideal space to make a statement with a bold wallpaper that feels like contemporary art itself.
